HDPE silicon core pipe characteristic: 

HDPE Silicon Core Pipe is the most advanced telecommunication optical fibre (cable) sheathing tube (sleeve). It is made from the commonly extruding compound of special HDPE material and organic silicon. It features the following characteristic. 

1,For the pipe tension including crush resistance, tensile and shock resistant capacities, taking the protection safe factor (cable) required by optical fibre (cable) into consideration, the big pipe as outer protection is not required. 

2,Silicon pipe curvature radius is small, which is 10 times of its outer diameter. When you pave the pipe and meet with bend place or up and down pipe dropping, for the different distance in these places you can turn over or go down along with its road or slop, no special treatment needed and no manwell transition needed. 

3,It inner well silicon core layer is slide with permanence lubricant. 

4,Its inner wall silicon core layer is extruded into the inside of pipe wall by synchronization, distributed uniformly in the whole inner wall, the silicon core layer has the same physical and mechanical performance as the HDPE: no peel, no separation. 

5,Its inner silicon core friction performance is not changed, the cable can be drawn out in the pipe again and again. 

6,Its inner wall silicon core layer is not dissolved in the water. If the ordure comes into pipe, you can wash pipe by water so as to avoid the damage of that the rodent. 

7,Ageing resistance, long working life, over 50 years use when embedding in the ground. 

8,Good climate resistance, suitable temperature is 30°C~80°C.
